It was my honor and privilege to join Jean as she achieved the goal of having her memoir published in time to present to her adult children when they converged for a visit. I took her manuscript and, with fresh eyes, polished the rough edges and offered editorial suggestions; proofread the copy for clarity and continuity, then created a book layout and cover design that she was happy with. It was a proud moment for us both when we watched the first copy come off the press!
